Dr. Sonya Cook is a board-certified dermatologist and co-founder of Compass Dermatology in Toronto.  She attended medical school at the University of Toronto and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.  Dr. Cook completed her Dermatology training at the University of Toronto, where she is now a faculty member. Dr. Cook is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology.

Dr. Cook practices medical and cosmetic dermatology.  She is an expert cosmetic injector and an Adverse Event Consultant Expert for Allergan Aesthetics.  Dr. Cook is a member of the Canadian Dermatology Association and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.  She has lectured nationally and internationally and has been interviewed by numerous media outlets, including the CBC, CTV News, and Global News.  Her research interests include cosmetic injectables and devices, acne, and rosacea.
